Domestic Orders

Free Delivery (Lagos & Accra/Tema) for Orders Above 10 Metric Tons (MT)

We offer free delivery for orders above 10 MT (10,000 kg) within Lagos and Accra/Tema. Our dispatch team will deliver your order to the address provided. Delivery takes place between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery time is between 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of payment. 

Paid Delivery (Outside Lagos & Accra/Tema)

For orders outside Lagos and Accra/Tema, delivery is not free. Orders are packaged and sent to the provided address via courier service within 24 to 72 hours upon receipt of payment.

Order Pickup (Nigeria & Ghana)

Pickup from a designated warehouse or location is available within Nigeria or Ghana. Your order will be prepared upon receipt of payment. If an agent is assigned to pick up the order on your behalf, you will need to provide an authorization letter and also wait for a confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick it up. You or your agent are required to come (between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM) with a confirmation of your order and an ID for pickup.


International Orders

Samples Up To 5kg

For international orders, samples weighing up to 10 kg are shipped via DHL or other freight services. Copies of shipping documents including phytosanitary certificate, air waybill, invoice and packing list will be sent to you in addition to a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt of payment for samples to be shipped. In addition, if production is required for your order, an additional 7 working days may be needed.

Please note that Neogric is not responsible for paying customs or duty fees when orders arrive in destination countries, nor do we cover shipping costs. For international shipping, an additional handling fee will be applied. Consequently, you will be responsible for the cost of the order, shipping fees, and handling charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer a return or exchange policy for either the domestic or international orders. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please reach out to us by email, and we will address it.

Updates to the Terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Neogric.com website or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Neogric.com website or services after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
